About Us

The founder and creator of "Learning Pad" with over 20 years teaching experience, wanted to create a space where children and adults could excel outside the classroom.

Beth, the founder and manager of Learning Pad, wanted to create a space where children and adults could excel outside of the classroom regardless of personal circumstances. With 20 years of teaching and managerial experience, this dream was able to become a reality in 2018.

It is important to recognise that teachers do a fantastic job at schools during the time that they spend with the students. We at Learning Pad wanted to provide a facility where that learning could continue once the school window was closed, so children and adults could expand their skills away from the traditional classroom setting.

Every person is unique and needs a distinctive approach to their education. From amazing talents; art, writing, Maths, building and creating, even pulling things apart. Then there are some that need extra support.

There is nothing more rewarding than watching a child discover what it is they are good at and passionate about whilst learning more about themselves in the process.

The Learning Pad Group allows learners to receive that individual attention that will allow them to flourish in their natural talents and skills, whilst assisting them to continue to thrive at school, college and life onwards.

As a promise to anyone starting with us, our ten Pad aims are simple;

 To provide students with extra support outside the classroom to encourage their learning growth process.

To provide teaching to people who do not have any other avenues or support available to them.

To never turn anyone in need away. Ever!

To work with unique circumstances or special situations.

To provide and create learning plans and lessons that are all 100% tailored to the individual

To provide flexible lesson times with no upfront payments.

To deliver a free Education Assessment and comprehensive report.

 To accept flexible, weekly payment methods, whatever best suits you!

 To provide Pads that have been custom designed to be autistic friendly.

 To have education provided by specialist, qualified teachers across a range of fields, Including specialists in additional learning needs (including dyslexia, ASD, ADHD, sensory processing and dyspraxia) and members of the Tutors Association.
